Why is my shipment delayed?
We appreciate your patience with shipping delays. Due to increased order volume and the impact of COVID-19, it may take longer for your order to arrive. Check your email for all order status updates. We'll send you an email once items are shipped from our distribution center.
Where's my order? I don't have a tracking number yet?
Tracking number notifications are delayed until your order is shipped from our distribution center. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number.
Returns & Store Pickups
What if I need to make a return?
We have temporarily extended our return policy to July 1, 2020 for all purchases made between March 1, 2020 – May 1, 2020.

How are you keeping your distribution centers safe?
We are taking many proactive steps at our distribution center to ensure your order is safe and cared for including thorough cleaning and sanitation before, during and after shifts. Trending Dealz response to COVID-19 aligns to the protocols recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).
